Thomas is an experienced CIO/CTO who has the proven ability to align technical operations with all aspects of business operations through collaborative leadership, the building of high-performance teams, technological innovation, and strengthening of partnerships. Most recently, Thomas was CIO of Kelmar Associates where he was responsible for all facets of ITSM, ITOM and SecOps. In his time with Kelmar, Thomas implemented security controls to exceed the required government standards and transitioned their data center to the cloud. Previously, Thomas was Executive Director of Technology at Omgeo (a Thomson Rueters/DTCC company) where he led application development, security architecture, production support and IT systems infrastructure. Thomas is also the founder of Bievo Software. A firm that offers families (in over 35 countries) a safe and private cloud platform to share everyday family information and events.
Thomas is a graduate of Bentley University.
